At PureHaus, we stand behind our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Apparel Returns
Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Coffee & Consumables
Due to the nature of food products, coffee and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
